Gave me an accurate timescale of when my window would arrive and estimated fitting date. 2 of the team came out and fitted the window. Whilst they were in they noticed my conservatory had a window that was not fitted properly or weather tight. Kenny came in and fixed that for me with no charge. Price and work spot on. WIll be using them for my windows at the front of my house in the future.
I contacted McLaughlan Glaziers to order me 2 very large cut to size pieces of glass mirror. The lady who works in the office Audrey is very helpful and responds quickly and she contacted me within 2 weeks to say my mirrors were in. I arrived to collect and the man who worked there measured my van and said it would fit in but just squeeze in, so may break in transit. He loaded it onto his van for me and followed me the 7 mile journey home and then carried it into my house for me, free of charge. Delighted with my purchase and the customer service I received, and they were a lot cheaper than Forsyth glass! Highly recommend!
After a long 6 month search to find a good, honest and professional company to help me with a number of issues I had with my windows, I thankfully found McLaughlin Glazers. From the outset Kenny gave me an honest appraisal of my windows and very quickly identified solutions to all the issues I was having with them. The guys at McLaughlin Glazers even did one window at first and let me see if it made any difference before I decided to go any further. The difference was huge to what I was previously experiencing. When the guys came to do the rest of windows they were brilliant, workmanship was excellent and guys were efficient, punctual and helpful. Furthermore, Kenny even wrote up a document for me re the issues I had with the windows as I had asked him to do this for my own persual. Also when dealing with the office staff at McLaughlin Glazers, they were also brilliant, no pressure to pay straight away and great communication at all stages of the process. All in all a great company with great staff could not recommend highly enough especially when there are so many unscrupulous cowboys out there. This company are top notch people.

Had to have sealed double glazed unit in wooden casement widow replaced. Excellent service from coming initially to measure up and on day of fitment window removed and taken to their workshop for reglazing and reinstallation. Would recommend their service and would use them again.
I've just received some more replacement glass for my greenhouse from McLaughlin Glaziers as the recent high winds had cracked a few of the panes. Quick and easy ordering with cutting to various sizes absolutely no issue for them and at a great price as well. Everyone involved with my order was extremely helpful.
